Museum Passes
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, museum passes are currently operating in a limited capacity.
A Stevens Museum Pass may be borrowed under the following rules:
- A borrower must have a valid MVLC library card that is in good standing.
- Only North Andover residents may reserve a Stevens pass in advance using the online system, by phone, or in person. Reserves may be placed for the current month and the following month.
- Non-residents may borrow a pass on the day of use if it is available and not reserved by a North Andover resident.
- Only one pass per day can be reserved on a library card
- Passes may be picked up the day of or the day before its use. During the library’s summer hours only, passes for the weekend may be picked up on the preceding Friday.
- All passes are due back the same day or by the time the library opens the next day. Passes may be returned in the library book drop in the special case or envelope that is provided.
- Museum admission requirements (prices, number of people, etc.) are determined by each museum. Any co-payments, etc. are the responsibility of the person borrowing a pass.
- The charge for the replacement of a lost pass is determined by the museum.
- If a museum pass has been reserved and is no longer needed, please cancel the reservation so others may have the opportunity to use the pass.
- Note: Clients of the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance are also eligible for free or reduced admission at eleven educational and cultural institutions throughout the Commonwealth by showing their EBT card at the ticket counter. - If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Head of Circulation.
And, please support the Friends of the Stevens Memorial Library who fund these museum passes.
