Curbside Pickup Protocols

Curbside pickup at the Clock Tower Entrance:

  • At the time of your appointment, park and go to the lower level entrance on Middlesex Street (under the giant clock).
  • Please make sure you are wearing a mask.
  • If the staff member does not see you, ring the doorbell (“For Deliveries”)
  • Step back six feet so staff can open the door safely.
  • Staff will open the door, ask for your name (and if necessary, library card number), and set your bag on the nearby table.
  • Enjoy your library materials!

Stevens Memorial Library’s no-contact curbside pickup is available by appointment while the building is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  All materials must be reserved ahead of pickup.  You will be notified, by call / email / text, when your items are ready.  For more information and FAQs please look at our Curbside Pickup page.
