  • Tuesday, July 23 @ 6PM Virtual Reality Demonstration – Have you ever wanted to try virtual reality? Join Brookline Interactive Group for a virtual reality demonstration where each participant can sign up to play a 5min game. Come early or stay late to watch your friends play! Ages 11 – 18 years. *Registration Required* http://www.eventkeeper.com/code/ekform.cfm?curOrg=STEVENSML&curID=395814 This program is 2 hours long, if you do not wish to stay for the entire event you can pick your 5 min slot, on the day before or the day of the event stop by the reference desk to pick a spot.
  • Thursday, July 25 @ 7PM Sally Ride – Join us for an evening with historical re-enactor Sheryl Faye as she tells the story of Sally Ride, the first female astronaut. Free, all welcome.
  • Tuesday, July 30 @ 6pm  K9 Demonstration – Officer Sewade and Mojo of the North Andover Police Department will discuss Mojo’s role within the department including an obedience demonstration, how to locate explosive materials, and criminal apprehension. Officer Sewade will also discuss how K9’s are chosen for their role as a member of the Police Department. @ the North Andover High School Cafeteria
  • Thursday, August 1 @ 7PM The Penguin Lady – Renowned penguin expert,
    TED speaker, and award-winning author Dyan deNapoli (AKA The Penguin Lady) will be sharing her experience of The Great Penguin Rescue where she helped manage the rescue of 40,000 penguins from the Treasure oil spill in South Africa. Free, for adults and teens ages 12 yrs and up.
  • Thursday, August 8 @ 7PM Golf Fitness – Join Jaimee Mace, MSPT, for a presentation on golf injury prevention. Discuss tips and  techniques for reducing pain and keeping you on the golf course!

  • Thursday, August 15 @ 7PM Author and Special Agent Michael McGowan – Author and Special Agent, Michael McGowan, will be visiting to discuss his book GHOST- My Thirty Years as an FBI Undercover Agent. Free, all welcome.
