Reference DepartmentThe Reference Department offers research materials in a variety of formats: print, CD-ROM, and online. Five Internet stations allow the public access to many more resources world-wide. Inter-Library Loans (ILL’s) provide our patrons access to materials we do not own. Our Historical Collection contains information valuable to those researching North Andover history. The North Andover Citizen is on microfilm from 1967 to the present. Experienced Reference Librarians are ready to assist patrons with their research and to aid them in the navigation and effective use of library resources. Call them at 978-688-9505.
