Children’s programs sign-up (story times & book clubs)
A new series of Stevens’ children’s programs began Feb. 7th. Parents may sign up their children for the age-appropriate activities in the Children’s Room. There are story times for pre-schoolers (3 1/2 years), kindergartners, and 1st & 2nd graders. And, children in grades 3 to 6 can participate in a Book Club.

Registration is required for the following series:
Pre-school Story Time (weekly)
group 1: Tuesdays at 10:30 - 11:15 am
group 2: Thursdays at 10:30 - 11:15 am
Children must be 3 1/2, but not yet in Kindergarten.
Kindergarten Story Time (weekly) Wednesday 3:30 - 4 pm
1st & 2nd Grade Story Time (weekly) Thursday 3:30 - 4 pm
3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Grade Book Clubs (4th Tuesday of the month)
Join Mrs. S and your friends for stimulating discussions each month. Help choose the next book to read.
School Vacation and Early Release Days
The above story times are not held during school vacations or on an early release day.
The Library does plan special events for these days, like a drop-in movie, drop-in craft workshop, and special visitors. Watch the Library website or sign up for the Library announcements email for details.
